A Hidden Gem with Unforgettable Flavors! If you're searching for a cozy, heartfelt dining experience that feels like home, look no further than this charming mom and pop shop! From the moment I walked in, the warm smiles and welcoming vibe made it clear this place is something special—and the food absolutely delivered.Let's start with the star of the show: the **brisket**. Tender, smoky, and melt-in-your-mouth perfection, it's clear this dish is crafted with love and patience. The meat was juicy, packed with rich flavor, and had that ideal caramelized crust that barbecue dreams are made of. Pair it with their house sauce (if you dare—it's stellar on its own!), and you've got a plate worth savoring. But save room for dessert—the **strawberry cheesecake fried pie** is a revelation. Imagine a flaky, golden crust giving way to a luscious filling that balances sweet strawberries with creamy cheesecake tang. It's indulgent without being overly heavy, and every bite feels like a hug for your taste buds. I'd come back for this alone! The service was just as delightful as the food. The vibe is unpretentious and homey, with quirky decor that adds to the charm. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. This little spot is a testament to how passion and care can elevate a meal into a memory. Whether you're a local or just passing through, don't miss out on their brisket and fried pie—I'm already plotting my next visit! **10/10**, a must-try for food lovers craving soulful, scratch-made goodness.

First time here this weekend with guest from out of town. 10/10 service, food, and vibe! I brought my little ones and they truly loved it as well. Best bbq in the area by far! Chocolate pie - divine ! Staff was so kind and helpful. I will definitely make this a regular spot for the family.

Great food, probably the best tacos I've ever had! Got a couple of hot links and they were good too, though as the name implies they're not spicy. Tried 2 variations of the fried pies and they were also good. Great restaurant, but make sure you don't leave your children there or they'll give them espresso and a free kitten. They even have a sign that says so.

Would give it a 4.8/5 if I could. This was our first time here and we hope to be back soon. We ordered two of the 3 meat plates, the 3 sloppy joe sandwiches, 2 fried cheese cake pies, and 2 small drinks. Came out to $64. Not bad for bbq. We both enjoyed our food with minor complaints. My husband would have preferred a thicker more sweet than tangy bbq sauce but I didn't mind it. He got sliced chicken and double brisket and said it was all very juicy and tender. I got brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. The ribs although fall off the bone it was way more fat than meat and the pork was very very dry so I didn't enjoy those as much. The brisket was very juicy though. Soft fluffy dinner rolls. Next time I would just tweak my order. The free soft serve ice cream made up for it though. The pies were yummy. The sloppy joes tasted more like chopped beef not round beef which I'm used to a sloppy joe being, but I much prefer Bakers version better. If you get the 3 count it's only 3.50 per sandwich which is a great deal. Again the sauce was a little too tangy for my husband's taste, but I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches. Really big menu with lots of sides (no collard greens though). The staff was very nice and quick to serve the long line that had all ready formed by 11am. The gentleman chopping the meat behind the counter deserves a raise lol he was moving so fast. Great customer service and the inside decor was cute. Did I mention the free soft serve ice cream? I wasn't expecting that so it was definitely a high light for me. In the back by the trucker parking lot we got to pet two cute donkeys! No sure if we were supposed to but the spotted one walked right up to me so I took the opportunity and ran with it. We almost ate pilot gas station food located next door, like we always do so this was such a nice treat. Such a great experience from start to finish.
