Is this place gray or what! This is the most iconic place of East Texas! I remember many stories of my dad telling me about this place whenever he was little back in the 50s and 60s! From what I've understood from the older Generations is this place still refuses can you change this recipe and how they're made Tamara changes to the menu by adding couple things here and there such as Boudin pulled pork sandwiches and other things and just hear a few years ago that actually started accepting cards and not cash. You cannot beat the play this place at all highly recommend! 10 times better than any Pittsburgh hotlink you'll ever eat

I got to Doc's at 4:30 and they still let me come in and eat at the table!!!! They usually cut off at 4:30 for eat in but not today!!! and it was so good tonight!! The best I've had from there in a long time. The chilli was perfect on the seasoning. The links were not too dry, not too greasy... they were just right. Cheese was fresh and the perfect thickness for a nibble between bites. Yummy!!!

A staple of East Texas that never disappoints even after being in business for 52 years. I have been going there for years. As a kid with my Dad and as an adult in my own. The original hot link is excellent. Be sure to try to the Jalepeno link as well.

Doc's links are the best links around. Enjoyed Dos's links as a boy growing up and nothing has changed. Still the best! Awesome hometown atmosphere and fresh links with crackers, ketchup and hot sauce. Just don't get much better! 👍
