We are in Emory Texas for the solar eclipse. We wanted to have our out of state friends try Texas bbq and Marshalls did not disappoint. The ribs were smoked perfectly and meat fell off the bone. The brisket and cheddar jalapeño sausage were excellent. The sides also matched the quality of their meats. We had the macaroni and cheese, fried okra. Jalapeño cream corn and bbq beans. The sides were all delicious and good size portions to share. I definitely recommend a stop at Marshall's for a fantastic bbq experience. Bring your appetite.
