Well it's bbq! It was not even HOT my tummy is sensitive and I am a cook definitely not at 220 nor 169. So yes I worry about getting sick but their side items or dishes were not looking too too great dry pasta already cracking, dry potatoes looked like boiled only beans looked like canned. The bbq sauce I tasted like tomato sauce and added onions or something. Not special at all. I got peas salad wishing for creamed corn at least. At least the salad was cold enough to eat. Just surprising to me supposedly famous? Ribs were good but not hot brisket also was cold questionable how they are open. So it was dead when we came not a person in site. Maybe better sides and hotter meat. We came before 3 times when we traveled but now maybe skip it for me not worth the 50 we paid but thank you for your bbq.

Great service and super clean restaurant. I came in after the lunch rush. The food was good but not sure I would classify it as Famous like they have advertised. I guess it would depend on the definition of the would famous. I would definitely return to check out some of the other menu items

Mikeska's meat is smoked just right and the flavor is super! I ordered the chicken sandwich and I wished it had more meat. My partner had the rib plate and it was great. The sides were tasty. The Bar-B-Que sauce needs work and banana pudding could use more bananas. So, if I came back, I might stop again.

Very clean, open and attentive staff. Sausage and potato was nice large portions all other sides are medium potions, we didn't like the pea salad because of the mushy texture, it just didn't seem fresh, the prices were good at 8$ Brisket was average flavor and was easy to cut with a knife. I've had better that's why I gave it a 3 star even though I don't have a lot of negative to say about it. They offer drive through too! No military discount here. Can accommodate a large group.

Has decent food. I had the three meat plate to try a little bit of everything. Chicken was super soft and delicious but the sausage tasted and felt old. The brisket was pretty good and soft. We decided to try it after seeing sign on the road. The inside looks pretty cool. Bunch of animals mounted on the walls.
