Pretty dang good bbq. I was looking for a quick fix as I really wanted to retreat back to the hotel room and just chill. Guillory's was the closest spot, and I decided to roll the dice. The place was empty when I got there and service was pretty dang slow - I figured slows good for BBQ anyways. Not much else going on in this plaza.

This is the real deal. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I got the 3 meat special with beans and potato salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and the taste was fantastic. The sauce was a powerful, yet balanced blend of smokiness, tangyness, and sweetness that I've never had before. The baked beans are a special treat as well. The flavor is just something you have to experience. This friendly father & son duo are doing great work here in Houston, it's a must try!

Great food great customer service. The owner is super nice!. If he's not busy he will definitely walk around and greet you. The food is very good and I'm very particular about my barbecue. I typically get the daily special which is ribs sausage and chicken with dirty rice and beans. I try to go at least a few times a month since it's close to my job.
