I got two number fours. We got one with gravy and the other with ranch dressing. It never occurred to me that there would come with anything but gravy. The fries were cold and the chicken strips were dry and tasted like they had been cooked before lunch. The tea and big red were good.

Rosario was super polite and kind when taking my order. This was on Easter Sunday and they were very busy. However, the quality of service and food was outstanding. The manager on shift was working hard and treated her team with respect. The food was great and I'll definitely come back to this location when I can. Thank you!

Went through drive thru. The placing order was great! Had to get out of line because they told me my chicken needed 3 more mins. Waited more than 10 mins that I got out and asked about my order. Said they didn't have a runner to take my order out. Then I looked in my bag. The bbq sauce that I was charged was missing, and we had no napkins. Had to get down once again to get my order. Ridiculous, why bother with the drive thru.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I moved to the area recently and have been to this bill millers 2 or 3 times within that past 3 months. Every time was a let down. Cold fries, or missing fries on 9 dollars meals. The most recent time I visited was during breakfast. I waited 15 minutes for two tacos, that I never purchased due to their tortilla maker being down. I understand things happen, but can a supervisor or associate not come out and tell the customers who have been waiting? All this to say I will no longer eat at this location, there are so many other locations that have better quality food and fast service. (Bill Millers on 410 and Nacogdoches)
