It's Bill Miller. It's the same as every other Bill Miller. The food represents the minimum acceptable level of barbecue, fried chicken, breakfast tacos, and brownies in San Antonio. Anything lesser is substandard. Many places wish they could sweet tea by the bucket the way Bill Miller does. You may be able to find better. You may be able to find cheaper. You can't find both better and cheaper. The dining room seems less crowded than at some locations. So, the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed.

I can't say thanks enough to Laura, the store manager. We have to pick up catering for our job all over the country. Dealing with this Bill Millers and especially Laura was by far the best experience we've had with this. We will definitely make this BBQ spot one of our stops from now on!!

I stopped in with a couple of friends on our way to start some X-Mas shopping and 1 of us got their bag completely mixed up with someone elses and my tacos were not as I ordered. The female manager at the time offered to remake next time I was in area and told to just give my name and how I wanted my 2 tacos and she would write my name in their book. So, I did. I went inside and asked for manager (Sandra) and gave her info and when asked what day I had been by I told her it had been about month and 1/2. I had no idea the exact date. She then proceeded to tell me I had waited too long. That they toss all info every 30 days. She wouldn't be able to make my 2 tacos. I was never made aware I had an expiration date to get my tacos I was told by another manager nothing about. Now granted if it had been a year and I was trying to get a family order or something extreme redone I can understand their would be at least hesitancy and probly a newer book in use. I was in the area, hungry and went there for my remakes and to order more for my family in car. I don't think this was how I should have been treated or this rule appropriate, especially not being made aware when I was given this option. I would have taken the refund instead. The manager would rather had taken time out of her busy day morn to treat me as if I was a beggar and didn't believe me than not waste both our time and be a little understanding and make the tacos owed to me. RIDICULOUS.

Never go to this location after 5pm. For the third time in 2 weeks the food was horrible! Old dry chicken, really dry brisket and beans was still hard. Not even worth going back and exchanging it. I thought it was just me getting bad food but a couple of my co-works also informed me that they also has this problem offen. Save your money and go somewhere else if your not getting something fried!!! I guess I'll only get the sweet tea.
