Reside in San Antonio, Texas (TX being the BBQ capital of the world 😀) by way of FLA.  Been here for 20 years so I can officially call myself a Texan!! Been creating BBQ since coming to TX.  On my 3rd offset smoker and grill on Weber's kettles (after ditching gas 15 years ago!)  Favorites on the smoker are brisket (no brainer) and spatchcock turkey courtesy of one of my favorite streamers Chud BBQ and for grilling, go to is a nice marbled rybeye!

Pro Tip: Soaking your brisket overnight in beer is apparently not recommended!! (Actually did that my first brisket being a FLA transplant 🤣)
