Ingredients
  

For the Bloody Mary
  • 2 oz Vodka 60 ml
  • 4 oz Tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix 120 ml
  • ½ oz Pickle juice or olive brine 15 ml
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
  • 3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 2–3 Dashes Hot sauce (Tabasco or Texas Pete)
  • 1 Pinch Smoked paprika
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tbsp Celery salt (rim + mix)
  • Ice for Serving
For the Carnivore Garnish:
  • 1 - 2 Slices Thick Cut Bacon
  • 2 - 3 Slices Leftover Smoked Sausage Coins
  • 2 -3 Garlic Jalapeno Olives
  • 1 Stick Slim Jim or meat stick

Method
 

Oven-Baked Bacon Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Line a sheet tray with foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Place a wire rack on top of the tray (optional, for crispier bacon).
  4. Lay thick-cut bacon slices flat without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
  7. Let cool slightly before using as garnish.
Step-by-Step Cocktail Instructions
    Rim the Glass
    1. Rub rim with lemon wedge, dip into celery salt + smoked paprika mix.
    2. Fill with ice.
    Mix the Bloody Mary
    1. In a shaker or mixing glass (no need to shake hard), combine:
    2. 2 oz vodka
    3. 4 oz tomato juice
    4. ½ oz pickle juice
    5. ½ oz lemon juice
    6. 3 dashes Worcestershire
    7. ½ tsp horseradish
    8. 2–3 dashes hot sauce
    9. Pinch smoked paprika and black pepper
    10. Stir or roll between two glasses until well mixed and chilled.
    Build the Garnish Skewer
    1. On a cocktail skewer, alternate: Sausage coins, Garlic jalapeño olives, Optional mini pickle
    2. Add prepared skewer, oven-baked bacon slice. and Slim Jim directly to the drink.
    Pour and Serve
    1. Pour Bloody Mary mix into the prepared glass over ice.
