I’m all for a good BBQ brisket & unfortunately this just wasn’t it fam. Although the brisket was smooth and tender, it was just a bit TOO salty, like 11/10. You could tell the brisket had been resting for quite a bit because it wasn’t warm either.

The brisket is so juicy and tasty! It’s rare to find a brisket with all these qualities- bonus because it’s so big too! I also bought the ribs and it’s huge! The service was so hospitable and they were very efficient! Its also Halal so its very inclusive!
