Hmmm. Not sure what to think. I was expecting smoked brisket and it was drowned in bbq sauce.
It had a smoke ring but may have been finished in a roaster oven.
Kind of like what you expect at a church brisket plate sale.

This was a wonderful stop for meat sweats. We started with some chips and salsa and I was not disappointed. I had the three meat plate with fajita, sausage and pulled pork. All were tender and full of flavor. My sides were the standard coleslaw and beans.
