Stunned how a history of such great reviews contrasts from our experience today. A typical Rudy’s has better BBQ than what we were served today. We ordered at 1pm so a bit late. Brisket was dry and bark undeveloped. Shockingly bad. Sausage was excellent b
Not the same food truck from when I last ate in 2018, but it’s not in cool old church with great outdoor seating. The brisket is just as juicy and flavorful as I recall. Still one of my favorite spots, and was recently Michelin recognized.

First time coming and EVERYTHING about it was amazing. I had a 3 meat plate – brisket, turkey, ribs. All three were outstanding, but I have to say the Brisket and ribs alone will keep me coming back. And let’s not forget about the sides. It was hard to ch
