Teddys barbecue cured my depression. I went looking for some good dinner but to my surprise I found an AMAZING meal that healed me. Brisket was delicious the Beef fat tortillas were absolutely divine and staff was super cool gave me a great recommendation for crispy skin pork belly which was 10/10 Will definitely be coming back!

Yesterday, babe and I got the chance to finally visit Teddy's BBQ and we loved it! The star of the show wasn't even bbq!! We both agreed that the brussel sprouts were amazing. Like truly. The sweet and savory Asian sauce, perfectly crispy and chewy bacon bits, and melt in your mouth onions that say first look too thick but are actually perfect! My oh my!The lean brisket we had was awesome. Seasoned very well. The ribs were fall of the bone and had a nice peppery flavor. The crispy chicharrÃ³n was also bomb and we both liked the mac and cheese. Super tasty sausage as well, so suffice to say, we liked everything we got! Give them a try if you are near Weslaco.The inside is small with about 10 tables, but they have a large outside area with a bar truck parked out there for refreshment enjoyment.Service can be a little slow, especially if there is a line. Patience is valuable. Friendly staff.

As soon as you drive into the parking lot the sweet aroma of smoke meat fills the air! I say there's no better smell! Finally got to come in on a Thursday to try their chicken fried steak, nice and crispy, BIG, and peppery! Super delicious! Got the loaded mash and Mac n cheese which were also bomb! Nice crispy hot fries accompanied a super delicious smash burger! Also of course had to get some moist brisket to go into the beef fat tortillas they offer as well as a link of sausage that has a nice little kick! If you haven't tried Teddys I reckon you should!

8â€¢24â€¢24 First time here and wow, you need to come in and experience it yourself. Somehow, it over ruled my taste buds over the high-end restaurant. This place is no REGRETS AT ALL. the brisket very tender, sausage very flavorful, the chicken fried chicken man they ain't playing that chicken was super juicy and moist I'm mad because I can't get my chicken like that what's your secret Teddy's man amazing food, cooks, staff. Now let me tell you them Brussels sprouts are damn good if you don't like Brussels sprouts. Trust me, you will... the Mac n cheese, it is the creamiest, cheesiest Mac n cheese. I can probably sit and eat it with a coca cola oh my goodness. They had run out of the mac n cheese guess cuz its that popular here, but i waited and waited and brought me a complimentary side of it. Wow. That's all I can say. All sides are amazing, guys. Thank you for your hospitality staff gr-8 job.
