We found ourselves over in the Weatherford area today around noon so we decided to give Tailgaters BBQ a try.It is a food truck that is permanently parked in front of the Ale House. They have several picnic tables available for sit down eating. Both of us picked the Mac with Brisket and an order of burnt ends. The $10 price tag was well spent with large servings.The only suggestion I can make is to ask if you want the bbq sauce on the side. There was so much sauce it covered over the taste of the brisket. First time eating here, so we didn't know to ask. I want to taste the brisket, not the sauce.

Every time we are in the area, we stop at Tailgaters BBQ. Dan and his crew does a wonderful job at making excellent BBQ. I feel like we have had every item that they sell and it has all been excellent. Brisket, pork, burnt ends, smoked Mac and Cheese. It is all excellent! We have been to many Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas and I think Tailgaters BBQ ranks up there with the best.
