Had a great time revisiting Coach's, it is definitely a stop we plan to make each time we visit Waco. Both the service and food is amazing here. We got the Ribs and Brisket with mac & cheese and onion rings. The ribs are so flavorful they don't need a drop of sauce on them. The brisket is also amazing but the sauce takes it to another level. My husband also enjoyed the Big Mac sandwich with pulled pork and mac and cheese on it. We each got a house margarita, I added peach to mine and it was absolutely delicious. On our previous visit we got the baked beans and chicken wings and they were also delish. Definitely recommend this if you're stopping in Waco. Parking is also a breeze for those wondering, and it's a nice walk if you aren't too far.

Well, another family owned business owned by local area here in Waco. We stumbled across Coach's BBQ SMOKE last night on the 10 o'clock news there are a few good things that come out of a snow storm 😀. This little BBQ & BAR was just one of the many we have discovered. I'm sure there are many more. The owners are a 5 star humble kinda couple. The atmosphere speaks for itself. The drinks as well. the appetizers, as well as the lunch and LETS NOT forgot the PEACH COBBLER. The brisket i cut with my fork as well as the smoked turkey an baked chicken. Though let me back up just a bit the appetizers are more than heaping so know when to say when, or ask for a to go box this way you'll have room for the BRISKET. ENOUGH said.

This was my first trip to Coach's Smoke. I was seated quickly upon arrival. The hostess was very nice. I had The Legend brisket sandwich, onion rings, and a Georgia Peach cocktail. Everything was very good! I'll definitely come here again.

Was recommended as one of the best BBQ places in Waco. Did not disappoint. Only complaint was that the brisket was a little on the tough side. Otherwise had the pulled pork, jalapeño sausage, Mac n cheese, onion rings. ALL were fantastic. Very good bbq and sides.

Came for lunch on Sunday. We were seated quickly and had a friendly waitress. My husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with a side Caesar salad. It was good but not a true Philly Cheesesteak that has American Cheese sauce. The Cobb salad was okay - I wish it came tossed and had pulled Chicken pieces. Overall good food at reasonable prices.
