Great food, amazing service-
Brisket was perfectly fork tender, good smoke, great taste. Never had a tamale off the pit- will get that again! I love smoked turkey and it did not disappoint. Jalapeño cheese sausage was a perfect blend- heat was minimal.

The parking is in the back. The inside is more outdoor seating with screened windows, doors, and fans. We were received with piping hot samples! Everything is homemade and top quality, hence the price. The meat is weighed. The only thing I would complain about is the bread that was served with my sandwich was extremely thick then once it soaked in with the meat juices, it crumpled apart. But other than that, can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.
The sliced brisket was fabulous very tender and tasty and delicious. The ribs & sausage were awesome. The Customer Service was wonderful. Loved this restaurant.
LaVaca BBQ is always a must visit when I’m back in victoria Tx. I have always had a great food experience from the brisket to the sides. Everything is always consistent and delicious .
Finally had to stop in and try their food. Had the loaded baked potato with brisket and it was so delicious. Will definitely have to come back and try one of their plates. The baked potato was huge I couldn’t even finish it. Loved the mustard BBQ sauce and the regular BBQ sauce had great flavor as well. The lady who took my order was super friendly and answered all my questions.
