We had brisket which was tender and juicy, ribs that fell apart and nachos that kept their crunch the whole way home. It’s ALL good! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
Stopped by B to Z Services BBQ & Catering at the suggestion of my sister and I was definitely not disappointed. I don’t really like BBQ like that but I’m hooked now. I got the brisket quesadilla and fries. The quesadilla was perfect every bite as good as the last and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Jonathan the Catering Manager even offered me a sample of new menu items and invited me to their Community Block Party today. If I didn’t have to work I would definitely go back for the food alone. Great customer service paired with great food. I’ve found my new go to lunch spot. Check them out. They will not disappoint.
We had the pleasure of having these wonderful guys cater my mothers surprise birthday party, and the food was awesome. The guest were all asking who catered and loved the ribs, which we definitely ran out of quickly. The brisket was so moist and tender it almost melted in your mouth. The potato salad was awesome as well. Blessings to the chef and all who had a hand in the preparations. I asked for a time for the food to be ready, and it was ready and loaded when I got there. These guys are respectable and very much care about their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
My first favorite was the brisket burger. But The ribs they have, are the best ribs that I’ve personally experienced. I’ve had applebee’s, I’ve had Texas roadhouse, the unique blend of in-house spice and sauce is incredible.! Tender juicy fall off the bone ribs, and a perfect chew of Bark.! These ribs truly left an impression. And not to mention the ambiance and friendly atmosphere. Very professional, respectful, and patient with my decision-making process. I’ve been here a few times and he already knows my name and my order. And a few of my coworkers. Great business, great barbecue, everything from B to Z
