I've been a fan for meat u anywhere since I moved to Texas 7 years ago. However this morning is worth bragging about. I ordered 30 breakfast tacos this morning the day before. I showed up at pick up time they had them ready, packed extremely well AND in a warmer to keep them perfect. The manager also checked the count of the tacos one more time just to be sure and it was 2 shy of what I ordered so they threw in a couple extra for the very minor error. I took this for a business breakfast and they packed it up very well, provided everything that was needed and even a large catering carry bag. Many places can't handle this type of volume and still provide amazing brisket tacos and J/C sausage tacos. Keep it up as I'll be back to use for breakfast meetings. Thank you!

The staff let us sample a few of their BBQ meat since we're first time here. Brisket was juicy and tender, turkey was tasty and sausage was decent. We end up ordered the Thursday special - ribs meal. Also got the combo sandwich meal. Hubby said the ribs were tender but way too savory so he couldn't finish it. Turkey and pork sandwich was okay, not something you would say "wow". Mac and cheese tasted good but the macs were too soggy so I would not recommend. On the other hand, Mom's slaw was pretty good !Price was reasonable and seatings were nice.

Work outing to Meat U Anywhere BBQ & Catering - Trophy Club today!Today I had brisket, jalepeno cheddar sausage, potato salad, cream corn and Jalepeno bacon Mac and cheese.Brisket 3/5 - I asked for slices from the point (more moist and fatty side) assuming that it would be juicy and tender. For my liking, it did not give enough flavor and did not have a heavy bark. This may be their smoke preference, but my preference is an almost crispy bark layer with heavy salt/pepper rub. I also feel like this particular brisket did not rest long enough, as it was more chewy than other places. Knife work is also very important with brisket... You can see in the picture, the slices were not uniform cuts at all. A good pre-trim to make everything even will take care of that.Jalepeno cheddar sausage 4/5 - this one was pretty good! Big chunks of cheese and a good savory spice kick. Definitely a must try.Potato salad 3.5/5 - run of the mill potato salad. Not sure if this is store bought, as it did have a similar taste. Some fresh dill would set this off and easily make it 4/5+.Cream corn 2/5 - I'm pretty sure this was store bought/canned and poured straight out. Store bought items are fine, but jazz them up a bit and put your own spin on them. Corn kernels were still whole (I would've cooked them down to soften them) and there was no added seasoning to the cream sauce.JBMC 4.1/5 - they have something going with this one. Jalepenos and bacon with a creamy cheese sauce over penne pasta. If you like a saucy mac, you'll like this one. I'd prefer some added texture (bacon seemed like the salad bacon bits) and some different cheeses. Overall, still very good.We did get to sample some items before placing our order, and that helped make decisions. You will not get the complimentary fixins (bread, onions, jalepenos, pickles etc.) like the other big dogs. For being open since 2014 (this location since 2016), these should be staple across all Texas BBQ establishments and for the most part every one I've been to has had complimentary condiments. But the staff was friendly and welcoming. And the prices were very competitive compared to others.Overall for this visit, Meat U Anywhere gets a 3.3/5 rating
