I'm giving this place three stars solely because of the food. The atmosphere and the service and the range of options were all fine. However, it is set up like a cafeteria which means the sides were rather tepid in temperature. Also my brisket was cold and dry and instead of cutting fresh stuff to replace it, they reheated it in the microwave. I understand and it isn't a super big deal, but it makes all the difference between 3 and 5 stars. Perhaps if you got something that had to be made fresh to order it would be really good. Like my fried okra was. But if you want really good delicious hot bbq try Old Tomball BBQ. They are the best!

Met my daughter for lunch the other day trying to find a spot halfway for us to drive. The service was good but that was the only good thing. I had the ribs and they were just ok. My daughters had brisket and it was super dry. The Mac n cheese was the only thing with flavor and it was super runny. The green beans were really bland and a bit undercooked. My son and one daughter had fried okra which was fresh but very bland. Also had the peach cobbler and it was undercooked. It was very disappointing.

I've stopped going there. Not worth my time because the quality has gone down. There are several others in the area that serve better BBQ. Cafeteria style ordering. Atmosphere is average. I usually do the dine in because you never know about take out. Restrooms are fairly clean.

The food, atmosphere, and staff were great. The chicken and sausage were on point... The mac-n-cheese and spiced apples were delicious

Good smoke ring around the ribs. The ribs seemed to be the freshest thing on the menu that we tried. The brisket felt like it was chillin' there for a long time before being served to us. It was stiff and dry. The chicken also looked amazing but it was quite dry. Unfortunately, I feel the flavors were not complimentary to one another across the sauce and the dish as a whole. I did not like the corn. It was overcooked and gummy. We came at early dinner time and it might have been an off day but it would be hard to come here again.
