Stopped in on way to work and ordered 3 meat dinner. Pulled pork, Sliced Brisket and Pulled Brisket. Got to work and opened container and no pork. I called them and told them what happened. They asked if I had my receipt and I told them I threw it in their trash can on way out the door. They said sorry nothing we can do. I called them less than 10 min after leaving the store. The portions were super small especially when they charged an extra $4 for brisket. Definitely not a $24 meal and it wasn’t even that good. Meat was very dry. I guess that’s why they include 3 cups of sauce. Definitely won’t be back!
If you love BBQ, this is the place for you. Tge staff is very attentive and ready to help. The me u is a good size without being overwhelming. There plenty of seats to enjoy your food at. There is even a pie kitchen. It wasn’t open while I was there, but there were plenty of pies available at the counter.
Nice BBQ joint – simple menu, but good food. There was about 20 of us, so we had the ‘patio’ room to ourselves with large picture windows looking outside. You have to go up to the register to order, which was a little slow since individual families paid separately. The mac and cheese looked old/dry, so I ordered potato salad and Cole slaw with pulled pork. Drinks are self serve and on the opposite side of bar are self serve buckets of beans and 4 different BBQ sauces. I also got an original peach fried pie that was very yummy. Go check this restaurant out when you are in Texarkana!!!
The fried okra is the best we ever had. You also get free beans with your meal! They were delicious. The staff were super helpful, so nice. We ordered the family meal for 3/4. It was more than enough for the 4 of us
We came in around 6PM and a worker told us that they were about to close. My group of friends had to leave to another restaurant afterwards. My friend might have found the love of his life had he not been refused service. Yeah they don’t like money I guess.
