My Daughter treated me for Mother's Day & I was very disappointed!! ☹️ Second time We've noticed 👀 the paper thin slices of Brisket!! Portions are LESS also! WE'RE PAYING! We're NOT asking for handouts!!😡 😱🔍 What happened to "We're NOT stingy with our meat slogan?!" 🧐 Absolutely RIDICULOUS what everybody is doing to the everyday Consumer!! Paying MORE GETTING LESS!! That will be our last visit to this location. Take our business & 💵💸 ELSEWHERE!! SOULMAN'S; DO BETTER!! 😡👎

Manager is the rudest person who has ever ran a restaurant. Guy tried to pick a fight with me about trash in his parking lot. Said the person that put stuff in parking lot had a similar car to mine, so I guess he was picking fights with anyone with a gray car. The food is barley passible, only reason I went there is a because it has a drive through. On average you have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the speaker (I guess they're too busy watching customers). The meat is slab of fat, the fries are gross, and God help you if you don't ask for pickles at the speaker. They'll ream you for asking. If you want good BBQ go to Bucees down the road. The sandwiches are bigger, cheaper, and taste better, oh and above all else the manger won't try to pick a fight. If you look at the reviews you'll see most of the one stars are from the past few months and all say the same, rude service, poor quality food, and so on. Place is probably going to close. Hope they enjoy their super clean parking lot because there is hardly anyone there any more. Needless to say I will never go back and pay for overpriced poor quality meat.

I have gone to a few soul men barbecue location because of me being over the road, (Truck Driver) and have not been impressed with their barbecue. I generally ordered the hot links and call it a day. At this location, everything looked really fresh and so I took a chance and ordered the barbecue, a half slab and I can truly say out of all of the locations that I've been to this one was tender. It had lots of flavor and the barbecue sauce was on point. Today is Tuesday about 4 o'clock. No one was in there so it wasn't like it was busy. Even the green beans was fresh and didn't taste like it had been sitting for a day. I won't name the other locations but the ribs generally look and taste like they were cook a day or two early and reheated. I can't say u might receive fresh meat on ur visit but thank u for giving me a great experience now I see what people mean about it bar b que.

Went here thinking that it would be like the other soulman restaurants but it really wasn't. I asked for a three meat plate . I was told that I had to get three different meats in stead of what I really wanted. The quantity is horrible I mean small quantities two ribs and a small child's hand full of briskets and turkey as well . It is not worth the price I paid . I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
