The food was outstanding! The service was friendly and welcoming. The food is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We had the meat plate, chop baked potato, potato salad, mac-n-cheese, and baked beans, pulled pork, jalapeño sausage, and chop beef; all of which were delicious. The prices are good. Needs music in the dining room for an atmosphere or a sports TV.

Stopped for dinner while in Houston area. Had a three meat platter with brisket, ribs and sausage. Sides of Cole slaw and potato salad. Sides tasted like they were a commercial products. The meats were well smoked and had good flavor from the rub. I would rank this place a 3.5 if I could give partial stars. Good but not great.

I really hate I had to give this place a Star at all just to write a review. We as a family decided to stop here after my son's game to celebrate. Do not waste your time on this disgusting place. They charge you high prices for not even sub-par food. The portions are horrible meat is cold or room temp. And let's not forget that it all taste warmed up from previous days. I've never seen someone take two slices of brisket cut them in half and serve someone that trash. $154.00 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Why restaurants serve ends of bread...ugh! End of bread plus it looked like it was bitten into. I asked for another piece of bread and they said all the bread comes like it was bitten into....time for a new vendor. This is my 1st time going here as I'm not from this area. Nothing impressive will not return or recommend. It's TX there's lots of other BBQ places try a different one I will next time.
