One star rating only for the following reason:Stopped on 3/15/24 and spoke to a very friendly gentleman who was cutting the grass. He informed me that the BBQ had closed back in December of 2023, and there are no concrete plans to re-open so far as he knew of.They will still open for certain occassions such as fundraisers (we were there the weekend prior for a shrimp boil to benefit the Burleson County Cops4Kids charity) but that will happen very infrequently. He mentioned checking their Facebook page as a means of getting the most current information available in the future.

A few other BBQ were closed so we gave it a try. We enjoyed the lean brisket and ribs. Pinto Beans with brisket flavoring was unexpectedly good!!!

favorite BBQ place in the BCS area. The Sweet Heat Bacon on a Stick is a must every time!! I would go just to get that! My favorite side is the load mashed potatoes. The bits of bacon in the potatos and the cheese, yum, delicious 😋

I think it was in December that I saw KBTX news article on new BBQ place in Snook. I have been looking for a go-to BBQ place in BCS but no places have been my favorite until Snook BBQ Co. Their brisket and pork were great, but the best is sweet heat bacons! I don't care if I have to drive. I'll come here regularly for sure. Y'all should give a try! Just start some conversations with them coz they are wonderful people as well. 100% recommended!
