The meats here were amazing! But you know what really blew me away? The sides! You know the food is great when they pay attention to the sides. Hot Cheeto Mac and cheese, tater tot casserole, potato salad - they all had their own little twist to it that you can't find anywhere else.

Took a long time to finally make it here, and waited an hour and a half in line... but so much worth the wait. Brisket and ribs were amazing, such a good flavor. The turkey exceeded expectations. Sadly, they were out of sausage and chicken by the time we got up to order. Perfect excuse for another trip, just a little earlier next time. Came up from corpus christi and was well worth the trip.

Dude, drop whatever you're doing and get yourself to The Burnt Bean Company ASAP. I'm not even kidding this place serves barbecue so good, it'll make you reevaluate every life choice that led you to eating subpar brisket before now.First off, it's clean like, suspiciously clean for a barbecue joint. No sticky tables, no mystery sauce smudges, just a well run operation where you can actually enjoy your meal without questioning the sanitation situation. But the food? Oh man. The brisket is so tender, I swear it whispered "I love you" before melting in my mouth. The ribs? Fall off the bone perfection like they just gave up on life in the best way possible. And the burnt ends? I'd trade my car for an unlimited supply, no hesitation. Even the sides are elite. When a barbecue spot cares this much about their mac and cheese, you know they mean business. And let's be clear this isn't one of those "trendy" barbecue places where they slap a fancy name on mediocre meat and hope you don't notice. This is real-deal, smoke kissed, Texas barbecue the way it's supposed to be. No gimmicks, just pure, slow l cooked greatness.Bottom line? If you haven't been here yet, you're playing yourself. Go, eat, be happy. And if you don't bring me back some burnt ends, we're gonna have words.

Sunday at 745 and third in line. By 9 there is no line out the door. Pay in cash and it is cheaper than paying by card. For me Sunday has the most to offer in flavor and options. The peach cobbler taco! This place is as advertised and from the flavor of the food has earned every award! Top 5 for a reason and Michelin award for a reason. The people who work here are the friendliest.

So glad we found you! Food and service great. Long line this Saturday- nearly 2 hours wait and we got there are 1045a. Worth it though. Brisket the juiciest. Pork ribs were both sweet and peppery. Bacon was soo good. El Chico saigae was crunchy with a kick. Sides pretty good too - mac and cheese, slaw, corn pudding was the best. We'll visit again.
