I'm sorry been a fan of Bill Miller for a long time. However, this one in San Marcos just doesn't cut the mustard. I bought 4 brisket / hash brown and Carne Guisada tacos for for $16. The Carne Guisada tacos were so so small and the brisket tacos had nothing but fat in it. See pictures. A good manager/regional vice president would never allow this to happen. Bill Miller, your upper management is slipping.

Had a Poor Boy Plus combo. Brisket was tender and cooked well. I know this place is hit or miss, but this visit was really good.

Ordered online and when my food came I was extremely disappointed my bread was just loose in the bag, my rib had quite literally NO meat, my bread was stale, overall made me not want to online order again. It's astonishing someone thought this was acceptable food to serve!

Very inconsistent with the quality of the food. Tacos are smashed together with some having no eggs and others overflowing. Bacon is burnt and broke into 20 pieces.I understand the pancakes are cheap but that dosnt mean they should be trash quality. Might as well take them off the menu if no one can prepare them. Guess they just bank on no one coming back to get them remade since it's not worth the $3 to drive back.

I have to say...this is probably the worst Bill Miller's I've ever been to. If you go through the drive through checking the bag is a MUST. Just tonight I asked for a 3 piece tender with an extra tender and these fools forgot the damn extra tender. Still made sure to charge me for it. If you live in the San Marcos area there's better places to spend your money. Probably the last time I spend mine here👎
