Been here many times but Second time I have been to this location and spend a lot of money just to get bad food. I spent over $90 and received dry no tasting brisket. Walked it back up to counter to just get fatty brisket with no taste. Beans were thick and over cooked this was at 1:00 on Sunday. Soda fountain out of syrup for big red and out of bicarbonate for Dr Pepper, happened last time as well on drinks. And Banana pudding was soap. I should have returned it and asked for my money back but don't know why I didn't. Second time this has happened. Will not be back and will stop telling people to go there. They have always been so good don't know what happened,Shame!

We came here on Memorial Day and we spent $45 dollars! We didn't order a lot. Two drinks are $6, that's mind blowing. The sandwiches didn't come filled with a lot of meat, mostly just bread. The Mac & cheese looked more like pasta than Mac & cheese is supposed to look like. The service was below average. Definitely not worth $45 bucks.

We took my mom to Rudy's Leon Springs when she needed a BBQ fix, we hadn't been back since she passed at agr 92. Now a days, when we wanted BBQ, we traveled to Seguin or Blanco, Tx. We recently got invited back to Rudy's on Nakoma by one of the managers, and we're so glad he did. Smelling the smoky aroma in the parking lot made our mouths begin to water. The Brisket was fork tender and meaty-moist, even the lean (flat) part was so tender, it pulled apart easily. The chicken had such a smoky tender bite as well. My wife and I have a rotation of favorite restaurants we go to monthly (some weekly)... we just added Rudy's to that list! Keep doing what you're doing, I would put your brisket up against anyones! Oh... almost forgot... Rudy's invented Creamed Corn, and it's better then I rembered. Their Potato Salad and Pinto Beans are as good as we've had... .ANYWHERE!

My family always goes to Rudy's throughout Texas. I do love Rudy's but I have to say this one is by far the worst. We spent 70 dollars and to get our food cold. As well there was hardly any portions with the baked potato we had to ask for a side of cheese to make it match what we usually get at other Rudy's. If you all are trying to match your cup saying worst barbecue then you all nailed it. I love Rudy's but this location is a disappointment.

Their BBQ "sause" was a bit more vinegary and not as sweet as we like, but there is only the one option. The meat was good (especially liked the turkey), and we really liked their coleslaw and macaroni and cheese.
