This place will always have a place in my heart. Every time I come back to Texas I make it a point to go to Bill Miller's. You can't keep the Texan away from Texas stuff like this. This time I got some breakfast tacos. The taco box. This includes sausage and egg, Bacon and egg, potato and egg, and the old classic, bean and tacos. Every single one made my stomach feel good. Be sure and come here for lunch. You won't regret it.

Definitely not the experience that I expect from Bill Miller's. The staff are lackadaisical at best, and it's very apparent that this attitude is picked up from their management.The food was not fresh, and the employees could not be bothered to be of any help, whether in regard to missing items at the side/condiment bar, or the lack of fresh sides (I had seen them serve the very bottom of the barrel of the sides without any offer for waiting until a new batch was made).When someone from our group approached the manager for further assistance in addressing these food and service issues, they were met with the very same attitude that was present in the rest of the staff. Overall a very disappointing experience, and not one that you would expect from this restaurant chain.

I stopped by here and had the Bill Miller's breakfast plate (see pic). It comes with either sausage or bacon, refried beans, hash browns, scrambled eggs and tortillas. Not bad for $6.95 plus tax. And for a little extra, you can get this plate with brisket. The food was tasty and hot but I only give Bill Miller's barbecue four stars because compared to other barbecue places, it just doesn't rise to the level of five star barbecue. Everyone here is super nice and the place was kept clean.

The breakfast tacos are good and made quickly to order. You can use the drive-thru, fine in, and my favorite- carryout. They have a second door just for the to-go orders. Staff is always friendly early in the morning and the food is yummy.
