This is for your location at 2750 Bill Miller Lane San Antonio TX. I ordered my food at 4:24 pm a chopped sandwich special with extra crispy fries. They said it would be a bit to get them. I kept on asking ladies at cash register as they had taken my info for the dining area. They replied they are working on them. At 4;52 pm I had already finished my my food, so I found a manager and asked where are my fries at. He finally came out with them, but I was done. I guess this location is way under staff. COME ON BILL MILLERS GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A PAY RAISE OR SOMETHING! So if you order extra crispy fries at this location forget it.

Really BM. This is unexceptionable. We work hard for our money. I promise the Dominican Bill Millers wouldn't get this half on piece of chicken. I'm sure premium pieces go there. I'm pissed. This is not fair. What about the consumer. I said I wouldn't go back. I go back and they give me a half of piece of chicken. I haven't been since the food poison incident.Update Please just do better. You think I want something for nothing. I think I should get my money worth. It started at $2.15. Stop ripping pelican off on the drive thru.

The main attraction about this location is that it's very clean. The restrooms are kept very clean. My wife noticed that the ceiling fans are very clean, normally at restaurants the ceiling fans are dusty. Only a woman would notice that ðŸ˜‚. The staff are always friendly with customers. The manager is a friendly but firm manager, that's very very good. And of course the food is always very tasty. Hats off to the location

They don't really care for orders through DoorDash etc.ðŸš©There is always items missing or incorrect items.ðŸš©I paid for extra lean meat... they gave meat with marble fat. They always do this!! But they don't do this if you go in person and place your order.ðŸš©I paid for sausage on one my plates, NO SAUSAGE.ðŸš©Smashed potatoes super dry and super salty!!ðŸš©ðŸ¥¹I MEAN SALTY THAT YOU WILL GET HIGHBLOOD PRESSURE... even if you haven't been diagnosed with it.ðŸ˜©DoorDash gave portioned refund. Usually DoorDash won't do this even with photos. I am just grateful I was able to get some of the refund.ðŸ¤¦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸Workers there know it's through DoorDash so they probably do not care cuz they will tell you over the phone "ask DoorDash for the refund." ðŸ¥¹

First time having breakfast a few weeks ago at this restaurant, it was delicious. The prices were great and very reasonable. All the employees were nice and very helpful. We even ordered our Thanksgiving dinner and it was so convenient. They handed the paper right to us all we had to do was scan it. We definitely will be back.
