I had the two meat dinner w/turkey & sausage, sides were potato salad, beans, & green beans. The turkey was wonderful, so tender, great flavor, cooked just right. This was the star of the meal. The sausage was not the greatest, it tasted overcooked, kind of tough, just not a lot of flavor. The potato salad was great, loved it. Pinto beans were good, could've used a bit more flavor. I enjoyed the green beans, they had a different taste to them, unique. My wife also had the two meat combo, she had ribs & sausage, w/mac & cheese, potato salad, & hash browns. I had a bite of the mac & cheese and hash browns. The mac & cheese was good, very tasty. I also loved the hash browns, great seasoning on those. The ribs were fall off the bone, which I love & the seasoning was just right on those. Their BBQ sauce was different, I wasn't crazy about it. I'm used to a bit more of a bold taste and/or sweet taste. The bread they serve was very bland, didn't taste homemade. We ordered their two chopped brisket sandwiches for our boys, the serving size was just right for them. They were actually very good, very moist, bursting w/flavor. Overall this place felt like a cheap BBQ restaurant. Not the best BBQ but good & a good price. Very healthy serving sizes.

So I forgot how I heard about this place, but I wanted to come here and try they're bbq. All the sides, green beans, potato salad, Mac & Cheese. Very Delicious! The smoked sausage had a great taste too. The fried chicken was very tender and the skin was very crunchy, but needed seasoning. But overall, this place was great!

I don't know HOW this place has 4+ stars. The sides(coleslaw and potato salad) were HORRIBLE. I can't even describe the taste, just know it was all spit back out. The meat had decent flavor at best and everything was extremely dry especially the brisket. I never leave disparaging reviews but the reviews here are very deceiving and I'm my opinion the food was not good at all.

I am a fried chicken connoisseur. I won't go into what makes the best fried chicken. But I will tell you why I eat at Bills. The chicken has been crispy, greasy and delicious for decades. The reason why we return because it's consistently awesome. We find comfort in knowing that whenever we hungry we gonna get fed good! The family box, fries is so comforting. It's exactly what we all need on a Friday afternoon after work.
