Outstanding. Got there at 10:30, already about ten or so people in line. By the time they opened at 11 there were about 50 people in line. The line moved pretty quickly. Brisket was among the best I have ever had. Sides were good. Even the cookies were good. Staff very friendly. There is a nice area with picnic tables outside to sit and eat but they have an indoor portion as well.

Overall still happy with 2M especially the pork belly. Ribs were delicious as well but could be a bit more savory vs sweet. Brisket, we didn't check if moist was an option, just our preference and wagyu was a bit dry and chewy, thought it would be more marble and moist. Next time will have to get the beef ribs! Still enjoy 2M since they've open and my favorite in SATX.Note on my rating, sharing this as I believe some may assume a 3-star review indicates a mediocre experience.5 stars: Exceptional! 2 M smokehouse is a fantastic find in San Antonio Texas! This little barbecue shop has delicious barbecue and all of the fixings! Be sure to try their dill pickles while you are in house. They are amazing! A homemade recipe that is really good! We found 2M while at a conference in downtown San Antonio. It was a short drive but it was absolutely worth it! Be sure that you try their homemade barbecue sauce! It is not your typical sauce but it is a great combination of sweet and spicy to go on top of your brisket! On this particular day we stopped in and had barbecue sandwiches. They were so yummy! But this is a place that you need to get to early because they will run out of food, which should tell you just how fantastic this little place is! 2M barbecue is known for multiple BBQ awards, including the top 50 barbecue shops in Texas! Be sure you stop in and give this wonderful place a try!!

This is definitely one of the best BBQ spots in Texas! My partner and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food each visit.I had moved out of state and was hankering for some delicious BBQ. On our last visit, this was the only spot I wanted to go to scratch that brisket itch!We got the usual brisket and turkey, but we also ordered the beef rib, which is only served on Saturdays. This meat is so tender and flavorful. It's just as delicious as I remember it! So worth the price. The location is nice, but during the summer, it is HOT, which is to be expected honestly.Definitely come early, or else you will be waiting in line for a while, and once they are sold out, you're out of luck. We got there about 30 minutes before open, and there were already 4 groups of people ahead of us.Can't wait until the next visit!
