Incredible, authentic Texas BBQ! Choose as much meat and as many sides as your appetite can handle.

Place was nice with a comfort atmosphere. Lady behind the counter was very friendly. I Ordered the Boss Potato and 1/2 rack of ribs. I wanted that smoke richness and it did not deliver. Pork Ribs were undercooked and were not tender to the bite. Pull was not there and meat grains stayed on the bone. On top of that it just lacked flavor. The bbq sauce saved the ribs. The chop brisket on the potato was also a little too mushy and since it's sat in the aju it takes smoke and flavor away. Just a suggestion but cut a slice then chop it up.

Being a Texas transplant this is one of the few places that has good pork BBQ in all of San Angelo. This space is great for large orders as well! The inside space is small, but it's quaint and has a hometown feel to it.Lastly: The jailbreak sandwich seems odd, but try it before you knock it. It's really good! Incredible blend of peppery brisket and sweet jelly with a crunchy peanut butter! So good!

Ok sooooo lets start out you walk in and the smokers are right infront of you. The place smells of delicious smoke and bbq. Then your greeted right away food comes out lightning fast. I got the jail break sandwich and the wife got the pitater. Now I would have never though of making a ppj brisket sandwich but they did and let me tell you this this is a pain in the ass to eat but tastes amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking to try something new.

Congratulations!!!! This place has the absolute worst brisket I have ever tasted. Not only was it dry, but the serving size for $10 was too small. Their menu board says French fries, they say nothing about seasoning. Don't waist your time with this place. They spent too much on the building and not enough on learning how to cook or do business. What a shame. I will stick with Packsaddle!!!! Absolute trailerpark trash!!!! To top it off they want a tip for what?????
