Lil Joe's is Huge on Friendliness, Flavor & Value! Brisket has perfect char and very moist; big ribs, also great char, basically fall off the bone; sausage (pork?) great seasoning; beans looked too thin but surprised me with their flavor; coleslaw crispy and fresh...even the tea actually tasted like tea, not dark water. And the folks are wonderful! Have enjoyed Q all over Texas but few can match Lil Joe's on price, flavor, or quality! They're doing it right. Pick you up a bouquet of BBQ in Rosebud ðŸŒ¹ðŸ–ðŸ‚!

I have driven by without stopping for a few years, but yesterday I made a point to stop in. Really nice people and great atmosphere. I grabbed a chopped beef sammich, chips and a Coke for the road. Wow what flavor! They have excellent BBQ here. I didn't need the BBQ sauce. The portion was great too. This is a stop on my route to the Metro Plex from now on!
