Not a great experience at Ruby's Country BBQ. The way the staff spoke to customers felt unfriendly and unprofessional. The BBQ was average at best, but the service really brought the whole visit down. Definitely expected better.

I have been there a couple of times. The waitress and meat cutters are always changing. This led to my complaint today. I ordered the moisture beef which is their expensive menu item, see the picture how much fat the meat cutter left. $30 for that 1 pound beef? Come on, Rudy's you can do better than that.

A truly unique experience dining at Rudy's.The menu items are intentionally procured to be simple and concise, they know what their patrons enjoyed. We were pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the establishment, they checked with us beforehand if the meats were okay before handing it off to us.The dining area looked well kept and we were able to fetch napkins and a sheet of protective paper for dining on with our servings of food.The brisket was mouthwatering and melted upon touch, and the ribs were contending for the best pork dish I've ever tasted.Delicious experience that will be remembered and craved for!
