Best Chopped Beef sandwiches I've ever had. Meat, perfectly smoked, very moist and juicy- just piled in between those freshly toasted bunz❣️❣️😋😋 I've also had the fall off the bone ribs before 🫶🏾 Sweet, Hot, and Original BBQ sauces to add more flavor. My husband sampled the pasta salad and said it had great flavor, fresh veggies and soft pasta blended well. Itz so worth the hour drive we take👍🏾🤟🏾

Spent $36, got 3 large sides and a half a pound of turkey. The service was really great, she was very nice and it was accommodating. In regard to the food quality, the smoked turkey is definitely a 5 star, highly recommend. It was tender, juicy and smoked well. The sides were not the best but some doctoring at home they were a lot better. Would say one of the biggest turn offs was hearing the microwave go off while waiting for my food. Overall would probably try again but mainly for the meats .

I came here two years ago to rate this place and gave it four stars. I think since then the food has gotten a little disappointing. It was over $25 for two sandwiches and a small container of macaroni and cheese with brisket. The brisket is quite dry and the burnt ends on it are too chewy to eat. The mac and cheese tastes similar to the one from Dickey's barbecue. It's a little sticky instead of creamy. What isn't dry about the sandwich is the fat that is accumulated throughout. The original sauce is alright, it's a little too vinegary though. I wouldn't consider this sandwich to be worth $10 maybe $8. It is probably cheaper than Hutchins though so I guess they have that for them. Overall I'm not really that impressed. They were nice and friendly though so there's that.

True, hole in the wall Texas BBQ! Been meaning to stop by here for awhile and was finally able to stop by! This place truly blew me away! I had brisket turkey and sausage. And potato salad.Starting with the brisket. This was cooked perfectly. Held together but melts in your mouth. Salty peppery perfection.Turkey was moist, perfect amount of smoke. Was surprised I liked the turkey as much as I did as I love peppery turkey! Sausage is also juicy and flavorful with a snap! Potato salad is great! Soft big chunks of potatoes. Great flavor. If you get a chance you gotta stop by!

Searched nearby for some true TX BBQ that wasn't a chain and this popped up! A bit of a drive but pictures looked promising.Ordering was easy, love the menu outside, unfortunately somethings ran out when I got there but thats a good sign with these type of restaurants.I asked for moist brisket, both kinds of sausage at the time, spicy and regular BBQ sauce, 4 ribs, their mac, potato salad, and cowboy elote.I thought the Brisket was solid, great bark and flavor. The ribs were tiny and were okay to me. Sausage was good overall as well. I found the potato salad to be on the lighter side of flavor, was hoping for more, same with the mac. The cowboy elote was fire though, I definitely recommend!
