Stopped here zipping through the huge state of Texas for dinner as a road trip stop. We were so happy to find them open at 5:30pm. Delicious, moist, smoky meats. Phenomenal sides. 10/10 on the potato salad and sweet sauce. Service was truly special and we felt like welcome regulars not passerbys. Pearl was even friendly to our dog! Thanks!!

My recent first visit was great. Along with a pure Texas atmosphere they have the best BBQ. Being a 6th generation Texan I know good BBQ. Years ago my parents made a fortune selling good BBQ at their place in Wise County. I'll definitely stop there every time I go through Post, Texas.

Just driving through town and stopped because their rating was so good. Very well deserved! Nothing fancy just down right mouth watering! We sat outside with our 2 dogs where met and chatted with the owner's wife, her dad, her aunt, listened to great live music and had the most tender brisket I've ever eaten! These kind and attentive folks give Texas a good name. I can't wait to come back and have their ribs.

Make sure you stop by or deviate route to because you will be very happy you did. Brisket was outstanding, along with their sausage and sides (dang good beans). The best pleasant surprise was their sauce...Try it first as very unique, never had that type before. Has a sweet bbq taste...just try it! Will be back

I chanced upon this place passing through Post. I ordered the Sally plate (smaller portion of a meat and two sides). The staff members were very friendly. The food was delicious! I ordered a large unsweet tea to go with my meal and to drink as I finished my drive. I noticed on the menu that they offer a dill pickle lemonade. I would love to try that next time! They were currently under construction, adding a dining room. I had no trouble getting in and out. Definitely stop in for a bite when you are in Post, Tx.
