I went to the store yesterday and bought two brisket portions. It was even better than I imagined, bursting with flavor. I will definitely come back. It's a shame they don't have any social media channels. Hopefully, they will open a social media page in the future so it's easier to follow them.

Portions are very big for $13+ tax (I get the combo with Ribs). The ribs have a mild to moderate smokey flavor to them and go well with the sauce. You get the sauce separately in a small cup so you can choose how much to put on. For me, the sauce was enough, but you may need to ask for a second one. The potato salad was creamy but not too creamy, and the beans and rice were fine. Nothing was undercooked or overcooked and the meat came out warm/hot. Service was very quick and pleasant.
