Good evening orange citizen and visitors on May 2nd after a long day of work my friend and I decided to get 2 baked potatoes from PINEHURST BBQ and let me tell you I asked for a loaded BBQ brisket with sour cream and soooommmme butter my friend order a loaded brisket baked potatoes with cheese chiveees AND soooommmme butter this review is about our baked potatoes we're hard and not loaded and missing "whooolle lawttaahh budddah " couldn't even wash the dry hard baked suppose to be loaded potatoes down with the charcoal flavored beverages worst of all the man said that would be about 45 dollars thank you kindly sir .....eeewwwwwwwðŸ¤ªðŸ¤ª

The food is pretty good, especially there BBQ baked potatoes! And service is usually pretty good but this last time we went went in I didn't even get to order. My husband told the worker what he wanted and we were just given two plates of that and then looked at funny when we were upset and didn't leave a tip. The guy didn't even give us time to make two orders, just took my husbands order and went into the back to make it without pause and came back with two. Was very frustrating because it was something I couldn't eat without being a bit ill the rest of the day so my husband got two lunches and I got a few fries. I was not about to spend more money here to order something different and the man never tried to fix it, just looked at us like it was us with the problem. We will probably come back in 6 month to a year and hope the guy no longer works there, or has better training by that point.

The place is Not attractive at all but that doesn't always mean the food is bad. So I tried it. The food does seem good. But because of the cleanliness it has destroyed the reputation they had with me. Noway I will go back after the biggest roach ever was found in the bottom cup of barbecue sauce. The sick part was we saw what seem like a little black fiber we pulled on it and then freaked out. I still can't get it out of my mind. Pure Disgusting. I have a pic. I have Not been back. Will Not go back. The store needs to be evaluated and inspected. ASAP.
