The food is always fresh. They have a really good brisket, in salads or a meat plate, it's consistently the same. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you'll want to go back to visit. I recommend visitors to go there to truly experience eastex food and vibes. The atmosphere is so cute as well.

We came in late and ordered a bunch of bbq to go, it was great, brisket was moist and flavorful but not overly smokey. Sausage had a little bite but not over spicey. Boudin links were rich and smokey. The fried shrimp was fresh and simply amazing. We ordered way more than we could eat in one sitting, breakfast leftovers made prefect tacos!
