Not worth rating but here I go, Service was extremely bad some girl rolled her eyes at me when we asked for a menu politely. Food was cold. (The only good thing about the restaurant was one of the waitress named Ruby did an excellent job she was taking care of mostly all the customers and still had a smile on her face ðŸ‘) They need more waitresses like her.

I have always enjoyed the 492 BBQ in Trenton—it consistently delivers excellent food and service. However, my experience at the 492 BBQ in Mission was extremely disappointing. The food tasted old, as if it had been reheated, which is unacceptable for a restaurant known for its quality.I have visited this location multiple times and have never had my brisket pre-dipped in BBQ sauce. I always order a pound of brisket expecting it to be sliced and moist, but this time, not only was it covered in sauce without my request, but the meat itself tasted stale and reheated.The owner of this location needs to address the issue with the staff, as serving old food will not go unnoticed—especially by longtime customers like myself. The 492 BBQ in Trenton consistently provides fresh, high-quality food, and this location should be held to the same standard.I left feeling extremely disappointed, particularly with the brisket, which did not reflect the quality that 492 BBQ is known for. If I could, I would give this experience zero stars. I couldn't even finish my meal, and that says a lot. If the owner is willing to discuss this matter, I am more than happy to share my concerns because this is not the level of service and quality that customers expect from 492 BBQ. I strongly urge management to address these issues—especially regarding reheated food and pre-saucing meats without customer consent.

This was a wonderful stop for meat sweats. We started with some chips and salsa and I was not disappointed. I had the three meat plate with fajita, sausage and pulled pork. All were tender and full of flavor. My sides were the standard coleslaw and beans. They friendly staff suggested the lemonade and it added to the experience. I was told that the brisket sandwich was good but they didn't share, so I'll have to go back.

Hmmm. Not sure what to think. I was expecting smoked brisket and it was drowned in bbq sauce. It had a smoke ring but may have been finished in a roaster oven. Kind of like what you expect at a church brisket plate sale. Pulled pork was ok Fajitas looked like fajitas Mac and cheese was good so was the corn Chips and guacamole was also good Arnold Palmer good Next time I come I'll ask for brisket, sliced no sauce. We waited for a Togo box from our server then from what could be manager/owner. Just asked a 3rd person for a to go box, not even our server and she also did not come through. Finally our original server brought the boxes. 23min for a to go box. We paid our bill and left. I will try this again because I know this is not a good review for them but I am honest about the reviews I give. See you soon.
