Most BBQ places have the meat sitting out on the cutting boards so you get some lukewarm mess. Not here! Everything was hot and flavorful Sausage, chopped beef, m/cheese, beans were all very good There is also a good salad bar and a hamburger fixings bar. I highly recommend this place

We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn't our order and they didn't seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn't long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.

Dante was friendly and patient as this was my first time at Michael's. You pretty much build your own burger. My burger had a unique, delicious taste to it. I busted a $20 and what I ordered exceeded this. It was well worth it and I will come back to try something else.

Great food and friendly service. Something for everyone here. They have a huge salad bar along with steaks, chicken, shrimp, hamburgers, and a lot more. I especially enjoyed the fried zucchini.Update: I had the Tall City burger and WOW. THE LARGEST BURGER IVE EVER SEEN. It measured 7" x 3.5" tall with a massive amount of lean meat. I was only able to eat 1/4 of it. The surprising thing was it didn't seem to be seasoned at all? The reason this surprised me so much is because their steaks are so well seasoned. With the natural flavor of the lean beef and the flame kissed touch of the grill, it was still a win.

If you are a fan of aviation, all America burgers, and happen to be in Midland, there is no other place to get your grub on, than Michaels Charcoal grill. Had the King Kong..Didn't realize exactly what it was..And..Why it was over 20 dollars...THE BIGGEST FREAKING BURGER I think I ever had..Had that charcoal taste, like you cooked it on your grill at home. And the taste of the beef was awesome.. Not some bland, non tasting meat, you get other places. The veggies on the burger were fresh...I would give this burger a 10 and not just 5 Stars, but share it with a friend..Or 4 skinny girls, it's enough, believe me..
