Enter the front and you tell them what meat or meats you want. Then ladies weigh it and write the total for meat. Then you get whatever you can eat. They charge for each side. Find a place to eat. They got pickles, onion, bar b q sauce, and bread. Brisket was one of the best I had in a long time. The ribs were good just a little tough. I like my ribs more tender where they almost fell off the bone. Other than that it was pleasant stop.

Dry Dry Dry. I usually come through midland early, back through pretty late. Finally hit it around lunch and decided to give it a shot. Ribs were tough, Dry and flavorless. Brisket was Dry, tasted a but like lighter fluid and zero seasoning. Sausage was decent - hard to screw up ben e Keith heat & eat links. Grossly overpriced, Ive definitely had better bbq at gas stations. Do yourself a favor and stay on the interstate. Podys in pecos or bucks in Sweetwater are not that far, and you'll get a good meal with good service at a reasonable price.

I can't believe I hadn't given this place a review! It is definitely not my first time here. Usually come eat here at least once a year ot when ever we travel thru Midland. The food is delish. Can't go wrong with whatever you pick from the menu. The beans are top notch, as is all the food. They have veteran/military discount too!! The brisket and ribs are always my choices. The potato salad is always a great compliment to what ever meat you choose. I'll be stopping by next time I'm in the Permian Basin!

The sausage was good. I had fun. Mostly all of the customers were first-time customers I didn't see any repeat business. The roadside billboard is effective at bringing them in. The brisket had a good smoke ring, tender; however, the taste signified dirty smoke-- not that sweet smoke from "low and slow" Probably from the highway traffic turnover. Better wood means better smoke. Overall I'm satisfied for a great lunch. Definitely a tourist trap I spent $100.00 on 2plates desert and drinks. Bought 4 tshirts for 30 bucks a nice deal on souvenirs.
