On the menu it has pork steaks as $9.50 per pork steak. When I ordered one pork steak. He pulled one wrapped pork steak out and cut up 3/4 of it to give me and put the rest back. When I asked about that they said that they look at each pork steak and the one that he pulled out was actually 1 and a half pork steaks. If you're gonna go that route it should be priced per pound not per each one. I don't get how you can decide that by just looking at one. Especially when it's priced on the menu per steak. After I said something they were rude and saying that's how they do it there. I was never good at math but if your price says per. It don't mean you only get 3/4 of it.

A nice spot off the highway with clean restrooms and great staff. I ordered the creamed corn, green beans, coleslaw, potato salad, brisket, turkey, and pork ribs. The brisket and turkey looked great, but unfortunately, both were dry. The ribs weren't fall-off-the-bone tender and were fairly average. The creamed corn was very thick—more like a cold gravy. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were decent but nothing special. Overall, I didn't finish my meal, but for the price, it was adequate.

The Green Knight was in the Hill Country working on a custom Metal Roofing project and happened to stop at Wingman's for lunch. Wow! Outstanding BBQ. Good value on their daily special as well. All coupled with friendly, fantastic service!!
