I keep finding myself coming back here. A lot goes into cooking good brisket. There is a ton of ways to influence the bark and overall flavor of the meat. I noticed today that they use Creekstone Farms for their beef and it shows. High quality meat with a really traditional BBQ flavor. You really can't ask for more, it is just stellar traditional BBQ.

BBQ was good. In my opinion it's about the same as all the other BBQ spot with it's pros and cons. The burnt ends were great, just wish it didnt cost so much on the market. This place is great for a little get together away from the home and enjoy a beer at the same time.
