I come to this barbecue restaurant every once in a while. You can get barbecue anywhere. Their barbecue is just as good as anybody else's. Barbecue is one of those things that there's a lot of good places to eat barbecue in Texas.I like this place because it's like one Family owns it and you can tell they want to make sure that you have great food and great service. They anticipate what you want all the time.As I was walking out, I had my okra and my little container. I guess the son of the owner said to me. Can I get you a to go box?How many people would just ignore you and not say anything. I appreciated the gesture. I was OK with the way I was taking my to go item.It was just really nice that they are always anticipating how to make a person's experience better. Great barbecue place that has great food and great service.

This is my second time trying this place & each time was disappointing the brisket is extremely dry, the ribs taste as if someone did them in the oven there's NO FLAVOR whatsoever I'm so mad I wasted my money again I tried to give y'all a second chance.

Easter Sunday With my Family I had searched online for a barbecue place and I said try this one and this place is awesome. They're cooking the barbecue right upfront at a giant pit smoking. You can smell that thing for Miles soon as we walked into the parking lot you could smell it they were busy cooking Walked in. The restaurant was clean atmosphere was pleasant. Music was soft and easy to listen to the menu is easy to read and read detailed the menu. You also gave me plenty of options to choose from we chose 2 pounds of brisket. I think a pound and a half for the St. Louis ribs and then we also hand the smoked sausage if you buy it by the pound and share it with your family, the cost is more efficient and I'm a cheapo but when it comes to barbecue, you gotta pay for it good barbecue this was delicious barbecue probably one of the better barbecues that we've had so it's definitely a plus definitely gonna come back. That's why I decided to leave recommendations for this establishment everybody was friendly. Everybody was friendly great food great music. We also seen a lot of people coming in and taking Bags to go so obviously that tells you something right there. I just wanted to say thank you to the manager thank you to the owners for a wonderful place to enjoy on our Easter Sunday with some great food

Very disappointing to say the least. Brisket was dry and flavorless with a weird taste to it. Willing to bet it was days old and just reheated. We had high hopes for the side dishes only to be let down even more. Mac & cheese had a green hue to it and had no flavor at all. Potato salad was whipped into basically mush with WAY too much mustard in it to the point it was bright yellow. Was literally inedible. We ended up throwing it all out and we hate wasting food.

Food: We had the ribs and brisket plate with green beans and Mac and cheese for the sides. We also had the banana pudding as a desert. This was my second time coming here in over three years. I wanted to try them again to see if things were different...Ribs - they really tasted old. Almost like they have been sitting in the fridge for a while and then warmed up to serve. You can see a smoke ring but, can't tasted the smoke. I believe they are baking the ribs along with smoking them. 1 out of 5Brisket - much of the same thing with the brisket. Tender meat but, lacked smoke and tasted old as well. 1 out of 5Sides - the sides were not good as well. The green beans were canned in my opinion and didn't taste fresh. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and the noodles were over cooked. 1 out of 5Desert - the banana pudding tasted processed as well. Didn't seem fresh. It was a lot of pudding with only a two cookies and no bananas. 1 out of 5Service - the service was actually really good. Everyone was so nice. We were greeted at least twice. The chef was really nice and the servers were as well. 5 out of 5Atmosphere - the atmosphere was not great. The seat was tapped and overall just didn't feel clean to me. 3.5 out of 5Price - we paid $22 for the plate plus the desert and one drink. Not bad for a bbq spot however, for the quality of food it's over priced to me.Overall, this place is much like it was a few years ago when I tried it. The food isn't smoked all the way through. The food does taste like left overs. I think with a few small adjustments they could be a good place to come for bbq. If they were to attempt to cook some of their sides fresh, revamp their desert options and smoke the meat all the way through, they could be a go to spot here in Lewisville.Unfortunately, the best thing we had there was the soft drink from the fountain machine. Sorry but, that's the truth. Hopefully, they can adjust.
