So it has been years since I’ve had Chasin’ Tails BBQ, but it’s legit! Excuse the half eaten plates before I took pics 😋
My better half is a trained French Chef and we are total foodies. We cook at home 90% of the time but we try to eat out once a week. From fine dining to a hole in the wall, good food is good food. We are also service industry vets and appreciate experiences all around.
The “new to me” location is clean, friendly and the BBQ is really good! So good, you dont need the yummy Bbq sauce, but definitely try it. Our favs were the pulled pork, ribs and the jalapeño sausage. Brisket was yummy and moist. The sides were delish too! Tea is Texas’ beverage of choice and its fresh. Cost for a 3 meat plate w 2 sides, 2 meat plate w 2 sides, extra order of fried okra, TX toast and 2 large drinks – $43 and some change. I’m by-passing Hutchins for this humble gem! 9 out 10, only because I’m leaving room for the off chance I find a gem better than this! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ Getchu some!
My friend and I usually prepare Christmas dinner for our families. This year we decided on barbecue. We ordered all the meats from
Chasin’ Tail. We loved it. The brisket and ribs were tender, the chicken and turkey were very tasty as well. Thank you for getting our order correct and in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff. Very kind, courageous and professional. 😃
First time visiting here. We ordered the jalapeño sausage, sliced brisket and ribs. We also had the potato salad and mac n cheese. Everything was very good and I am pretty picky on bbq. I ordered the beans but didn’t get it in my order so not sure about those. Ribs had great flavor but were pretty dried out, same with the brisket. We will probably be back as it did have great flavor…maybe was a bad day. Would love to taste it fresh.

I want to tell you that the meal that you prepared for the bridal shower for J. White was good. I loved the links, cabbage, brisket, green beans potato salad and the ribs. You did an excellent job. I had lunch on Monday was great. Green beans, cabbage, mac and cheese, ribs, links and brisket were even better the next day. And last but not least I finished off the links for lunch today. You delivered right on time. Great Job!!!!
Tried the sliced brisket, pulled pork, and ribs alongside the Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and mashed cheddar potatoes. The homemade sauce, pecan pie, and sweet tea drove home the 5 stars this place deserves. Everything was exceptional, to the highest quality, and I would absolutely recommend to everyone.
