I got the RR club sandwich and it was delicious, bacon was fatty and not crispy but still tasted good, turkey and brisket were juicy and smokey. I got it to go and it came out fast. They included a separate bag with napkins, cutlery, and homemade pickles and onions. The price was barely over 14 bucks. 10/10 would eat here in the future if I'm in town. Place was clean and casual. Staff was professional.

Rabel's serves up good Q in an open, modern family-oriented restaurant that includes a full bar. Staff friendly and efficient, good selection of meats and sides. Counter order and they'll bring to your table - lots of take out orders being handled in the evenings too. Overall no real beefs, brisket moist and nice bark, ribs large and tender with spicier rub, turkey was most, but still just turkey; beans ok, potato salad tasted fresh made. Satisfying, but not your socks off like other Texas Q joints.

This is really good BBQ! The brisket was very tender, very moist, and had some really good rub! The ribs were outstanding, and will make me a regular visitor from now on. 😋 I still need to sample the sausage, but the cobbler was great. The servers on this afternoon were all young, at least that I could see up in front, excluding the manager. I interacted with at least four of them, and they were ALL friendly and helpful! An overall excellent experience, and I will definitely return and recommend! (I would love to try the pickles everyone raves about, but I don't do onions.) 😕

Very much worth the drive from North SA in our search for a good bbq baked potato. Meat was moist and juicy. Baked potato size filling. The pork ribs were unbelievable. We'll be back to try more! Give them a try 😉

My husband and I went here today for the first time to have lunch. We were very impressed with the service, selections, portions, and taste. The Ranch Bacon pasta salad and okra complemented my turkey breast. My husband enjoyed a pull pork sandwich and macaroni cheese. Ended up taking the ribs home. There were three different sauces to choose: regular, spicy and a white sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickles and onions, which reminded me of my grandmother's homemade ones. We will definitely return!
