After seeing Vic's at other locations around the city, I decided to try them out one afternoon. I was initially excited to try the food once I saw the ribs. I love bbq that allows me to add the sauce vs. it being done for me. My ribs were decent for this area, but my sides weren't it, and my pound cake was dry. The yams tasted like they were from a can. The greens weren't bad, but they weren't memorable. I want to give them a second chance to redeem themselves, but we'll see.
