Miss Lexi at your Kerrville location was an incredible. Help in getting me tonight's dinner for myself and my parents of which are in their 80s. I've never been here before and I can tell you that I will most likely come back. Why? She was very knowledgeable, very kind, Courteous, and determined to make my meal exactly what I wanted for myself and my parents. She shared the different options and what would be most economical for me. It's my belief that Miss Lexi is an asset to your store and that you are lucky to have such an employee.

I decided to give them another chance for 2025 and this is what we received as an order for 1/2 lb of brisket and half a chicken (leg & thigh missing) and cost $22.72. This was a meal for two, your money doesn't stretch far these days.I can't believe this is affiliated with HEB! The food is great when they have food! I've been there 3 times now and they are always out of food and the staff has no problem telling you there are no substations. I tried to order their family meal for 4 but they were out of turkey, out of brisket beans, and out of mac & cheese! What? How can you rate the taste of food they are out of food? I've even been there twice when they were out of Brisket, what kind of BBQ restaurant doesn't have Brisket? Come on MAN! Needs to be managed appropriately.

We stopped by to have a quick dinner. My wife had the lean brisket sandwich and I had the Chopped Brisket sandwich. Both sandwiches were very good. I also had the Mac and Cheese as a side. The Mac and Cheese was very tasty seasoned just right. Their dinning area was very clean and well decorated for that Texas Hill Country feel. If you want a quick bite to eat and you don't want to have a sit down dinner where you have to wait a good while for your meal, this is a great place.
