Great food, service, and atmosphere. Wasn't busy at all on a Sunday evening. So food was fast. The potato salad didn't have many potatoes, the rolls were super good...way tastier than they looked. Banana pudding was delish. Chicken was hard to eat given there were so many bones in the portion I got, but overall a delicious BBQ place. Would recommend.

Great bbq. You can smell it's going to be good when you first walk in. The brisket is delicious and tender. Sausage and ribs are great too. We also had the pulled pork and chicken. I'd recommend the sweet bbq sauce if you don't already know your preference. We also had potato salad, Mac and cheese, and slaw. We left very full and happy.

Very friendly owner and staff. Food is always consistent and amazing. I have not tried all of the meat items yet. However, I have eaten the brisket and ribs multiple times and the brisket is some of the best I've ever eaten. Super lean and trimmed. Their barbecue sauce is also amazing. They have two types. If I have one negative thing to say it would be that I wished they gave you a larger portion of sauce when you ordered the plate with two sides and a roll. While I love their food I would love it even more if they would fill up the small sauce container fully and not halfway. But they are always willing to add more at your request. Kudos to The Establishment for providing quality food, friendly service at affordable prices. 😁

Fantastic customer service, delicious BBQ. Very clean restaurant and great setup for condiments like pickles, jalapeños, onions, and peppers. We ordered the family pack #4, and all 8 of us were completely full with a little amount of leftovers. We had the moist brisket, sausage, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and macaroni and cheese with dinner rolls. Finally, we had the peach cobbler and ice cream. We had a great time celebrating a Birthday! They were busy and had lots of carry out orders.

I will be honest with you, guys. We bought the family meal (2lbs meats). The brisket was tender and juicy, but lacked flavor...a lot of it, needs more spices. The beans had no flavor, you need to change your potato salad recipe...it's more like cold mashed potatoes, come slaw was pretty decent, the kids didn't like the Mac and cheese. We had dinner at your place to ring in the new year and we were expecting a flavorful meal, but that was not the case. I hope you take my comment as constructive criticism. I've been to too many places in most States....I'm a trucker, but your brisket needs a lot of flavor(spices) and some of your side dishes. Do some research by going into other places. Old House BBQ (Carrollton) and you'll see what I'm talking about.Happy new year, guys.
