This place is packed for a reason. I've been on the road for about two years from Cali to New York tasting various types of foods and this is probably the best ribs and peach cobbler I've had out here on the road!! The rating is warranted... they may deserve higher!! Very good food...very friendly and personable service.

First time at Triple J's. The lines was very very long when I went Saturday afternoon. I ended up getting the loaded baked potato with chicken on it, as well as a side of dirty rice and the green beans. The potato along with the sauce they put on it was very very good. The chicken tasted good and everything on the potato went well together. The dirty rice was very tasty as well, but the green beans were amazing. They had some type of meat in them, but the flavor of the green beans was so good any time I am in the area I will have to stop by just to get some! Only thing I didn't like is they don't have a large variety of sides, but other than that this is a great place to eat at.

Great place. Don't come for a quick lunch as the line circles the entire interior of the restaurant - with a few more outside. After eating some fancy BBQ, this restaurant gives you great value and good solid food. The brisket was smokey and tasty, and the sausage really snapped. Generous portions and after 30 minutes in line and my lunch, I have a great appreciation for this family and their legacy.

Waited in line about 30min on Saturday for lunch. Definitely worth the wait. Smoky meats (brisket, sausage, boudin), cold potato salad, sweet baked beans, yummy strawberry cake, and a purple lemonade! Next time I'll remember to get sides of BBQ sauce while in line.
